Julie Golla specializes in commercial real estate. She works closely with business owners and professionals to find and negotiate lease space and purchase properties in the New Braunfels, Seguin, San Antonio and surrounding communities. Previously, Julie developed unique relationships with community leaders while managing large-scale events as a former certified meeting and event planner. Julie now loves to cater to each client’s individual real estate needs. Over the last 20+ years Julie has invested in the New Braunfels community by raising her family here. She currently plays an active role in her grandchildren’s busy lives while networking in a variety of community organizations. Her area of specialization is commercial real estate, but she is more than happy to help buyers and sellers of residential real estate in this rapidly growing area.
